🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Manager – Weaving (Quality), you will be responsible for overseeing fabric production quality, optimizing weaving plans, and ensuring that customer specifications are consistently met.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Production Planning: Develop and manage weekly production schedules in line with customer delivery timelines

• Article Planning & Execution: Prepare and execute daily article plans, ensuring alignment with order requirements

• Drawing Coordination: Create and maintain drawing plans, including managing drawing parts and weaving accessories

• Design Implementation:

  • Handle selvedge writing designs and dobby design analysis

  • Ensure accurate design transfers onto fabric through efficient loom setup

• Sampling Oversight: Supervise daily production sampling to maintain quality consistency

• Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align fabric quality with client specifications and contract terms

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Degree: BSc in Textile Engineering from a recognized institution

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in weaving, particularly in fabric production quality and planning

• Strong understanding of weaving technologies, fabric design, and quality control

• Proficiency in loom planning, selvedge design, and production sampling protocols
