📋 Key Responsibilities

As the Team Lead – E-Commerce, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online business operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

• E-Commerce Operations Management:

  • Manage end-to-end E-Commerce operations, including order processing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Customer Service Handling:

  • Handle escalated customer issues, manage returns, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all online platforms.

• Team Leadership and Performance Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the E-Commerce team.

  • Set team goals, delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure KPIs are met.

• Cross-Department Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal departments like marketing, supply chain, and finance to maintain a smooth workflow and support E-Commerce initiatives.

• Listings and Inventory Management:
