Join Bestway Consultancy as a Talent Acquisition Associate and play a key role in recruiting top talent for our organization. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in HR and relevant experience to join our team in Islamabad.
Position: Talent Acquisition Associate
Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA with specialization in Human Resources.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Location: Islamabad
Working Hours: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Afternoon to Evening Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract candidates.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track effectiveness.
