Role Overview

The Supply Chain Executive will play a critical role in ensuring smooth procurement processes and vendor management for mall operations and facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategies: Assist in creating and implementing effective procurement strategies for mall operations and related services.
• Supplier Negotiations: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-efficient and quality-focused procurement, aligned with organizational policies.
• Vendor Management: Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Operational Excellence: Contribute to developing systems and controls that enhance procurement and supply chain efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s (BBA) or Master’s (MBA) degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in ERP software such as Oracle.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Competence in developing systems and controls.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent presentation and reporting abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A results-driven, strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
