Key Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Executive at Nishat Chunian Ltd., you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the import process while ensuring that all procurement activities meet the company’s standards and requirements. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Import Management: Handle the entire import process, addressing any queries that arise to ensure smooth operations.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with the site team to select vendors, initiate contracts, and negotiate terms to meet operational requirements.
• Procurement Analysis: Understand the importance of procured parts and work with the finance and import teams to expedite delivery, ensuring material quality.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses and evaluate supplier performance to drive better procurement decisions.
• Site Visits: Regularly visit suppliers, markets, and operational sites to maintain strong relationships and ensure quality standards are met.

Person Specifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the textile sector.
• Educational Background: BBA, B.Com, or MBA with a strong foundation in supply chain processes.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
