Key Responsibilities

As a Sub Engineer – Utility, your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Ensuring the safe, consistent, and efficient operation of the utilities plant to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
✔️ Monitoring utility plant processes to optimize energy consumption and improve overall performance.
✔️ Troubleshooting technical issues, managing start-up and shutdown procedures, and reporting production losses.
✔️ Planning and delegating maintenance tasks to ensure smooth plant operations and job execution.
✔️ Conducting process evaluations and identifying areas for improvement in energy conservation and operational efficiency.
✔️ Developing a training needs analysis (TNA) for team members to ensure high functional and managerial expertise.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with all industrial safety and regulatory standards.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Certified Boiler Engineer (preferably with additional technical qualifications).

✔️ Experience:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in the petrochemical industry.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in utility plant operations and energy management.
