Pepsi Haidri Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Officer to join their team in Islamabad. If you have experience in engineering or machine parts stores and possess strong organizational skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position: Store Officer
Responsibility and Requirements: As a Store Officer at Pepsi Haidri Beverages, you will:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Have 2-3 years of experience working in engineering or machine parts stores, with a focus on SAP-based systems.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Possess knowledge of GWP, AIBI, and food safety compliance in storage areas.
- Handle GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) for import/local shipments according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Issue parts against reservations and accurately post them in the system.
- Maintain records of issuances and collect scrapped parts for audit verification.
- Enter service entry sheets (SES) after services are completed.
- Support the audit team with monthly counts to maintain zero variance.
