Key Responsibilities:
As a Store Officer, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials in and out of the store, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining safety and organizational standards. Specific duties include:
Handling Incoming & Outgoing Materials: Ensure that all materials, including raw, packaging, and finished goods, are received, stored, and dispatched accurately.
Maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out): Ensure efficient management of inventory, using the FIFO method to track and utilize older stock first.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical counts of inventory to ensure alignment with records and address any discrepancies.
Documentation & Safety Guidelines: Maintain thorough documentation of all store activities and adhere to company safety standards for material handling.
Collaborate with Departments: Work with production and procurement teams to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: Minimum Graduate.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in stores for raw materials, packaging, or finished goods in a manufacturing setup.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Other Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
