🔹 Job Responsibilities

Store & Inventory Management:

  • Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuance of textile accessories.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory record to prevent shortages and overstocking.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of accessories to maintain quality.

Procurement & Stock Control:

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Implement effective stock control measures to reduce wastage and ensure availability.
  • Work closely with the procurement and production teams to streamline inventory flow.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Keep detailed records of all stock movements, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Operational Efficiency & Coordination:

  • Supervise the store staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct routine stock audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with the finance, production, and quality control departments to meet operational requirements.

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

💼 Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in store management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
