Position: Senior Merchandiser
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Merchandiser, you will oversee critical technical operations that ensure smooth and efficient production. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Pattern Grading and Amendments:
Manage pattern grading and handle all technical issues, including marker efficiencies and averages.
- Technical Correspondence:
Maintain close communication with sampling and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and address any technical concerns.
- CAD System Management:
Ensure that the entire CAD system, including plotter and digitizer, is updated and maintained from both software and hardware perspectives.
- Digital Pattern and Marker Making:
Create and modify digital patterns and markers to streamline production processes.
- Merchandiser Collaboration:
Communicate with merchandisers on specifications and patterns to ensure accuracy and alignment with production goals.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification:
Minimum Intermediate level education.
- Experience:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or garment industry.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of digital pattern making and marker making.
- Strong technical skills related to fashion production.
- Ability to manage technical correspondence and solve production issues efficiently.
