Job Opportunity: Sr. Manager Finance at Dr. Ziauddin Hospital
Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager Finance to join its team at the Head Office in North Nazimabad Campus, Karachi. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled finance professional to contribute to the hospital’s financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes.
The Sr. Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hospital. This includes leading financial planning, reporting, taxation, internal controls, and improving the ERP system. The role also involves audit coordination and providing strategic financial support to the hospital’s senior management team.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Month-End Closing: Supervise timely month-end closing and reconciliation processes.
ERP Integration: Ensure accurate ERP data entry, integration, and reporting.
Coordination with Departments: Coordinate with various departments to gather financial inputs and ensure the smooth flow of information.
Variance & Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and cost-benefit assessments to inform financial decisions.
Audit Coordination: Maintain documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all financial policies and controls.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the hospital’s strategic planning by providing financial insights and supporting decision-making.
IFRS & Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFRS and Pakistan Tax laws.
Financial Analysis & Modelling: Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
ERP Systems: Strong command over ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or customized solutions).
Advanced Excel: Proficient in Excel and other reporting tools.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Professional Qualification: CA, CA Finalist, or ACCA (Member).
Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 2-3 years in a senior finance role. Experience in a hospital or large corporate environment is preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and financial reporting, with a focus on compliance and strategic financial support.
