About the Role:

As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving sales and performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations:
  Manage all operational aspects of the restaurant during your shift, ensuring smooth service and top-quality food production.

• Customer Service Excellence:
  Ensure that customers receive the best possible service experience, addressing any concerns and resolving issues promptly.

• Team Leadership:
  Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring they are performing to the best of their abilities. Foster a positive team environment and encourage development.

• Ensure Compliance:
  Enforce all health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and KFC policies during your shift.

• Manage Inventory and Stock:
  Track and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is used efficiently and orders are placed in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:
  A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the QSR or Retail industry. Experience in managing a team and understanding restaurant operations is preferred.

• Education:
  A minimum graduation qualification is required.

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for the food service industry.
