Job Summary:
As a Counter Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the bank’s cash counter. Your main duties will include handling cash transactions, processing banker’s cheques, and facilitating funds transfers. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent customer interaction, and the ability to process financial transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cash transactions at the counter.
Process banker’s cheques and handle funds transfers.
Ensure that all transactions are compliant with the bank’s policies and procedures.
Address customer inquiries and provide efficient and courteous service.
Accurately maintain cash records and balance the cash drawer at the end of each day.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Minimum 14 years of education (Graduation) from HEC-recognized universities.

Experience:
