Role Overview

The Territory Manager – Retail will be responsible for managing, expanding, and optimizing retail fuel station operations across the assigned region in KPK. This includes developing dealer relationships, driving sales targets, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining high service standards.

This position requires someone with leadership capabilities and strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a clear understanding of the fuel retail industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail fuel stations within the assigned territory.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective retail strategy execution.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, vendors, and local stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and brand standards.

  • Supervise new retail site launches, including dealer onboarding and staff training.

  • Address operational issues, dealer grievances, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Monitor market competition, gather insights, and propose proactive strategies.

  • Maintain and submit accurate reports on sales performance, expenses, and compliance.


Eligibility Criteria

Education:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Management or MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.

Experience:

✔ Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in territory management, preferably within the retail fuel, FMCG, or automotive industry.

Skills & Preferences:

✅ Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✅ Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
✅ Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Preference will be given to candidates residing in KPK
