As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing retail operations in your designated area (Jhelum). Your role will involve meeting sales targets, managing dealer relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and enhancing retail service standards.
Manage and oversee retail fuel station operations within your assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, vendors, and retailers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards across all retail outlets.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, branding, and service quality.
Assist in launching new outlets, training staff, and guiding retail teams.
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in territory management or retail sales, preferably in the fuel or FMCG sector.
✅ Strong MS Office proficiency
✅ Excellent management, leadership, and communication skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage a large retail portfolio
✅ Preference will be given to residents of Jhelum or nearby areas
