Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and driving the achievement of secondary sales targets in the assigned territory. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, as well as executing sales and merchandising strategies to maximize product availability and brand visibility in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Ensure that secondary sales targets for the assigned area are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Market & Competitor Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of products, competitors, and market trends within the assigned territory to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers to ensure product availability and drive sales.

  • Sales & Merchandising Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies and merchandising techniques to boost product visibility and enhance product sales performance.

  • Market Analysis: Regularly monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, and report valuable insights to the management team.

  • Market Visits: Conduct regular visits to the market to ensure the effective execution of sales strategies and to address any potential challenges in product availability.


Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation in any field (BBA is preferred).

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry (FMCG).

  • Skills & Knowledge:

    • Strong market relations and networking skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in using AI tools and concepts to enhance sales performance and strategies.

    • Ability to conduct in-depth market analysis and derive actionable insights.
