Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Planning Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring and Reporting:
   • Oversee work-in-progress reports daily to identify and address discrepancies.
2. Production Coordination:
   • Follow up on embellishments, cutting, inductions, and sewing targets to meet deadlines.
3. Accessory and Loading Plans:
   • Ensure timely availability of garment accessories and manage loading plans.
4. Status Updates:
   • Prepare and present daily production status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
5. Induction Demand Management:
   • Align induction demands with production requirements.
6. Cross-Department Communication:
   • Collaborate with all departments to refine micro-planning strategies.
7. Production Maximization:
   • Work closely with input teams to maximize production efficiency for inductions and accessories.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree (BA) or any other relevant qualification.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills.
