Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Officer – HR, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions at Ambiance Hotels & Resorts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring that the right talent is brought into the organization.
HR Operations Management: Handle day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, attendance management, and daily HR coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Complex HR Issue Resolution: Address and resolve complex HR issues, providing effective solutions that align with company policies and legal requirements.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth transition during offboarding, including handling final settlements and completing all administrative tasks efficiently.
Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
