🎯 Job Description

As a Senior Officer – Curriculum, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality academic support materials for Mathematics and Physics for middle and secondary school levels. Your focus will be on ensuring content aligns with national curricula, pedagogical best practices, and the learning needs of students and teachers across The Educators network.

📚 Key Responsibilities

📘 Content & Curriculum Development

• Create and submit comprehensive academic support materials including:

  • Schemes of work

  • Daily lesson plans

  • Worksheets

  • Assessment packs

  • Model papers and exams

🧪 Subject-Specific Training & Support

• Design and conduct subject-based training sessions for Maths and Physics teachers

• Offer ongoing academic support to schools and educators to improve instructional quality

📊 Assessment & Evaluation

• Develop and review examination papers and subject assessments for various academic levels

• Ensure content aligns with national standards, school policies, and exam board requirements

🧭 Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Curriculum Head and academic teams to ensure timely delivery of content

• Participate in academic reviews, curriculum audits, and content innovation initiatives

✈️ Travel

• Occasional travel to school campuses or training centers may be required based on project needs

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Education, or Curriculum Studies)

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of relevant academic or curriculum development experience

• Prior experience in teaching middle and secondary levels is highly desirable

• Exposure to academic publishing, assessments, or school-based training is a plus
