💼 Position Overview

• Position Title: Senior Officer Academics

• Location: Multan

• Department: Academics

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Preferred Gender: Female

• Travel Requirements: Yes (Periodic travel to campuses may be required)

📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Officer Academics, your role will revolve around ensuring the highest quality of education delivery across campuses. You will be the key academic support for network associates (NWAs) and school campuses.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Academic Issue Resolution:

  • Address and resolve all academic queries raised by campuses and NWAs regarding:

    • Quality of Daily Lesson Plans (DLPs)

    • Scheme of Work (SoW)

    • Examination papers, marking keys, and curriculum resources (books, workbooks, etc.)

• Professional Development:

  • Plan, manage, and organize internal and external professional development programs for School Heads and teachers.

  • Ensure ongoing training programs are aligned with modern teaching methodologies and curriculum standards.

• Curriculum Development and Implementation:

  • Assist in curriculum development and implementation strategies to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

  • Monitor the accessibility of learning resources and ensure that all campuses are equipped with up-to-date academic materials.

• Quality Assurance and Academic Evaluation:

  • Evaluate the accessibility and effectiveness of the learning environment and resources provided to the students and staff.

  • Recommend improvements to enhance the overall quality of education delivered.

• Customer Service:

  • Maintain strong communication with campus management to ensure their academic needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  • Minimum Master’s degree in a relevant domain (Education, Curriculum Development, English, or related fields preferred).

• Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in academics, curriculum management, education administration, or teacher training.

• In-depth understanding of academic planning, curriculum development, and lesson plan structuring.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage and execute training sessions effectively.
