Position Overview

Title: Senior Manager Refinery – Edible Oil
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

As the Senior Manager Refinery, you will play a critical role in overseeing the entire refinery operations, ensuring high-quality production processes, and leading a team of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Supervise all refinery processes, including refining, bleaching, deodorizing, and packing of edible oils.
• Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand targets while optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and operators to ensure peak performance and continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of product quality by implementing best practices and adhering to safety regulations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align operations with business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Proven expertise in managing edible oil refinery operations is essential.
