As a Senior Manager – Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the implementation of best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with auditors. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with the company’s objectives.
Accounting Operations: Supervise the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/IAS standards.
Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensure proper bank reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger.
Auditing: Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits, ensuring compliance and resolving any audit findings.
Internal Controls: Maintain proper documentation and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure financial operations align with business objectives and strategies.
Compliance: Ensure the company’s financial practices comply with taxation laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
MBA (Finance), CMA, ACCA, or partially qualified CA preferred.
At least 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within the textile or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS), taxation laws, and ERP systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee large-scale financial operations.
