Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a retail fashion brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans that align with customer demand and market trends. Analyze sales forecasts, historical data, and market insights to ensure accurate production planning.
• Distribution Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute the distribution of company stock to multiple outlets nationwide. Ensure that distribution processes meet production targets while managing inventory levels and controlling costs.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and adjust plans to balance production targets, inventory levels, and cost control.
