Experience: 3-5 years of airline experience; experience in multiple departments preferred
Job Description:
As a Senior Executive in the Operations Monitoring & Evaluation department, you will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating various operational aspects of the airline. Your role will involve analyzing data, monitoring performance metrics, and providing insights to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple departments to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate operational processes and procedures to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Graduation degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the airline industry, with exposure to multiple departments preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong analytical ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
