Position Title: Senior Environment & Industrial Hygiene Engineer
Department: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

As a Senior Environment & Industrial Hygiene Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining an environmentally safe and healthy workplace across the company’s fertilizer production sites.
Your primary duties will include:
EMS Audits:
Conduct comprehensive Environmental Management System (EMS) audits across fertilizer manufacturing sites.
Develop detailed audit reports and present findings to site leads and senior management.
Incident Analysis:
Perform yearly incident analysis to identify root causes and trends.
Recommend corrective actions and preventive measures based on findings.
HSE Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure quarterly Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) audits are conducted systematically.
Generate and share final HSE audit reports with management for action planning.
Awareness and Training Campaigns:
Organize and conduct HSE awareness campaigns to foster a strong safety culture across the organization.
Lead quarterly safety training programs for employees to maintain high engagement levels and compliance with safety standards.
Employee Engagement:
Actively involve employees in safety initiatives and ensure communication of best practices throughout the organization.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience:
6 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in:
Industrial HSE management
EMS auditing
Safety compliance in fertilizer or chemical manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety Standards (ISO 45001).
Proficiency in incident investigation, risk assessment, and corrective action planning.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and report-writing abilities.
Strong training and employee engagement skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
