Key Responsibilities
As an Engineer/Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and troubleshooting of ATMs and CSMs (Cash Deposit Machines). Your primary responsibilities include:
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve assigned complaints on ATMs and CSMs within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Installation: Execute the installation process for new ATMs and CSMs, ensuring adherence to technical standards.
- Troubleshooting: Apply precise and effective troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Root Cause Analysis: Provide detailed root cause analysis for assigned tasks to enhance problem-solving processes.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver analytical reports and relevant documentation to the Line Manager.
