- Experience: Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Location: DHA Phase I and Korangi
Key Responsibilities
As an Engineer/Senior Engineer, you will:
- Resolve Technical Issues: Efficiently manage and resolve assigned complaints on Cash and Self-Service Machines (CSMs) and ATMs within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Installation Services: Install ATMs and CSMs with precision and adherence to technical guidelines.
- Troubleshooting Expertise: Execute advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify the root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Reporting and Documentation: Provide comprehensive analytical reports and documentation to your line manager, ensuring clear communication of technical findings and resolutions.
