Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive
Department: Accounts & Finance

As a Senior Accounts Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day accounting transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.
Preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and monthly management reports.
Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
Ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Monitoring and analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and recommending solutions.
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
Liaising with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Collaborating with other departments for financial reporting and project accounting.
Education:
Bachelorโs Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Candidates with ACCA, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance) will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within retail, FMCG, or corporate sectors.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines, multi-task, and work independently.
