Key Responsibilities

As a Section Head Process – Technical Services, you will:

✔️ Oversee process optimization for urea and nitric acid plant operations, ensuring efficiency and performance improvements.
✔️ Lead technical process safety assessments, including HAZOP studies and PHA techniques for risk management.
✔️ Manage and analyze TMP (Technical Management Program) data collection to evaluate plant performance and identify areas for enhancement.
✔️ Work closely with operations, engineering, and safety teams to ensure best practices in plant operations.
✔️ Implement process improvements and energy efficiency strategies to enhance productivity.
✔️ Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
✔️ Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions for continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.

✔️ Experience:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the fertilizer industry.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of urea and nitric acid plant technologies.
