Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager – HoReCa, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets within the HoReCa channel.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and markets.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt and refine sales strategies.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly within the HoReCa industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales data to drive strategic improvements and action plans.
