Position Title: Sales Manager – Crops
Department: Crop Intermediates / Agricultural Solutions
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time

BBA or MBA from a reputable and HEC-recognized university, preferably with a major in Marketing, Sales, or Agri-Business.
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in agriculture-related sales, especially within the Crop Intermediates, Agri-Tech, or Agri-inputs industry.
As a Sales Manager – Crops, you will be responsible for:
Driving Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for crop intermediates and related products.
Market Penetration & Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agri-dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the agriculture sector.
Identify emerging market opportunities and generate leads for new business development.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of sales officers and field staff, ensuring optimal performance, motivation, and territory management.
Product Knowledge & Support:
Educate clients and channel partners on the use, benefits, and handling of crop protection/intermediate products.
Provide technical support and field demonstrations where necessary.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales performance, generate sales reports, and analyze market feedback to refine product positioning and sales strategy.
Monitor competitor activity and identify gaps or threats in the market.
Proven track record in agricultural sales or crop input industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen with an ability to analyze and act on market trends.
Competence in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
