Position: Sales Manager
Experience: 7-8 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG
Location: 16-Industrial Estate, Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Developing sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Compiling and executing plans and objectives to attain zone/area-wise primary and secondary sales targets and product availability goals.
  • Conducting regular market visits to supervise the proper execution of plans, cultivate strong relationships with dealers, and gather market intelligence.
  • Supervising the proper placement and utilization of company assets in the market, such as coolers, glassware, signage, etc.
  • Monitoring stock transactions at all levels against planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory management.
  • Managing distribution operations through software to ensure the effective execution of sales operations, return on investment (ROI), key performance indicators (KPIs), and inventory management.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • 7-8 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • BBA/MBA or equivalent degree with specialization in marketing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with dealers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development, market analysis, and distribution management.
