Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Compile and execute plans to attain zone/area-wise primary and secondary sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to supervise the execution of objectives and cultivate strong relationships with dealers and wholesalers.
- Gather market intelligence regarding trends, competition activities, and communicate findings to senior management for better monitoring and control.
- Supervise the proper placement and utilization of company assets in the market, including coolers, signage, and other promotional materials.
- Manage stock transactions and distribution operations to ensure optimal inventory management and sales performance.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG sector.
Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA or equivalent degree with specialization in Marketing.
