As a Sales Executive for CUPRA, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling CUPRA vehicles. You will work closely with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with detailed information about the CUPRA lineup. Sales & Customer Engagement:
Drive sales of CUPRA vehicles by engaging potential customers and demonstrating the value of the products.
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to ensure customers are informed and satisfied with their purchasing decision.
Lead Generation & Relationship Building:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of CUPRA vehicles, their features, benefits, and the latest market trends.
Sales Targets:
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
Track and report on sales performance regularly.
Collaboration with Team:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and promotional activities.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferably Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).
Experience:
Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar sales-driven role (preferably 1-2 years).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly luxury cars, is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
