As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for Mosafir, specializing in airline tickets, tours, Umrah packages, visa services, and booking portals. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring that they have a seamless experience while booking their travel arrangements. You’ll be expected to use your expertise to help customers select the best travel options based on their needs.
Sales of Travel Products:
Sell airline tickets, tour packages, Umrah packages, visa services, and other travel-related products to customers.
Provide expert guidance to customers on the best travel options that suit their needs and preferences.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide personalized assistance to clients, responding to queries and ensuring that their travel arrangements are as smooth as possible.
Handling Bookings:
Manage bookings through online portals and ensure timely processing of all reservations.
Assist clients in completing the necessary documentation for visa processing and other related services.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
Education: Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Proven experience in selling airline tickets, tours, Umrah packages, visa services, and working with booking portals is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and the different services offered.
Ability to build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Proficiency in using booking portals and managing travel bookings efficiently.
