As a Sales Executive at Mosafir, you will be responsible for driving sales in the travel and tourism sector. Your primary tasks will involve selling services such as airline tickets, tours, Umrah packages, visa services, and managing booking portals. 📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Service: Sell airline tickets, tour packages, Umrah packages, visa services, and other travel-related services.

  • Customer Engagement: Provide personalized travel solutions based on customer needs and preferences.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets by effectively promoting Mosafir’s offerings.

  • Booking Management: Manage and process bookings efficiently through various booking portals and systems.

  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in the travel and tourism industry to offer the best options to clients.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns promptly.

  • Collaboration: Work with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.


🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

  • Minimum qualification of Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the travel & tourism industry.

  • Familiarity with airline ticket sales, tour packages, Umrah services, and visa services.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of booking portals and sales systems.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
