The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
Client Engagement:
Proactively visit corporate offices, industrial facilities, architects, interior designers, and other relevant clients to identify potential business opportunities.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers such as procurement managers, admin heads, architects, and designers.
Sales Presentations:
Present and demonstrate the company’s office furniture solutions, including desks, chairs, workstations, conference tables, and other office furnishings tailored to the client’s needs.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive business growth. Ensure sales targets are met consistently.
Coordination and Proposal Preparation:
Work closely with the internal design and sales support teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and layout plans as needed.
Market Insight:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities in the corporate and industrial sectors.
Sales Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
Prior experience in sales is a plus but not required.
Interest in or familiarity with the office furniture industry is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
