Position Overview:

Master Group of Industries, a prominent player in the office furniture industry, is seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Executive to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:
    Proactively visit corporate offices, industrial facilities, architects, interior designers, and other relevant clients to identify potential business opportunities.

  • Relationship Building:
    Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers such as procurement managers, admin heads, architects, and designers.

  • Sales Presentations:
    Present and demonstrate the company’s office furniture solutions, including desks, chairs, workstations, conference tables, and other office furnishings tailored to the client’s needs.

  • Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
    Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive business growth. Ensure sales targets are met consistently.

  • Coordination and Proposal Preparation:
    Work closely with the internal design and sales support teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and layout plans as needed.

  • Market Insight:
    Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities in the corporate and industrial sectors.

  • Sales Reporting:
    Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).

    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience:

    • Prior experience in sales is a plus but not required.

    • Interest in or familiarity with the office furniture industry is an advantage.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
