As a Sales Executive at Jazz Mosafir, you will play a critical role in growing the business and helping customers plan their perfect journeys. Your responsibilities will include:
Travel Services Sales:
Actively promote and sell airline tickets, tour packages, Umrah packages, and visa services to clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate travel solutions.
Booking and Ticketing:
Manage and execute bookings through online booking portals and travel systems efficiently.
Ensure accurate ticketing and reservation processing.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with queries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated with travel trends, new destinations, and special promotions.
Understand travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory (relevant certifications in Travel and Tourism would be a plus).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in the travel and tourism industry.
Practical knowledge of:
Selling airline tickets, tours, Umrah packages, and visa services.
Using online booking portals and travel management systems.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus.
Good customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
