• Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Digital Marketing Sales

• Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (On-site)

• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

• Salary Range: 80,000 PKR to 150,000 PKR Base Salary + Commission

• Employment Type: Full-time

📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

• Identify and prospect potential clients interested in digital marketing solutions.

• Conduct outreach through emails, calls, and social media to generate leads.

• Qualify leads and set up meetings for the senior sales team.

• Effectively communicate Digihyre’s services and value propositions to potential clients.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with client information and sales activities.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with international clients.

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in digital marketing services, will be a plus.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

• Ability to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM) to serve international markets.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
