Role Overview
As a Rotary Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of rotary equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes. Your role will involve leadership in preventive and predictive maintenance techniques to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and overhauling of rotary machines including pumps, compressors, steam turbines, and conveyors.
- Alignment Expertise: Utilize your expertise in aligning rotary equipment to ensure efficient operation and minimize wear and tear.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support in achieving maintenance objectives.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: DAE Mechanical (Diploma of Associate Engineer) with relevant experience.
- Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of rotary equipment, preferably in power plants, fertilizer, cement, or oil/gas sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in preventive and predictive maintenance techniques, alignment procedures, and troubleshooting of rotary machines.
