As a Relationship Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing Customer Relationships:
Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their banking needs, providing personalized financial solutions, and delivering exceptional service.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
Identify potential customers, offer them the bank’s retail banking products, and work towards acquiring new business while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients.
Cross-Selling Financial Products:
Promote and cross-sell a wide range of financial products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment services to meet customers’ financial needs.
Customer Portfolio Management:
Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and promoting new products, services, and offerings to existing clients.
Sales and Performance Targets:
Achieve assigned sales targets, monitor personal performance metrics, and ensure continuous growth in the customer base.
Problem Resolution:
Address customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust in the bank’s services.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
Fresh candidates or individuals with relevant experience in banking or customer relationship management.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
