Key Responsibilities

Restaurant General Manager (RGM)

✔️ Lead restaurant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management.
✔️ Supervise staff, train team members, and build a motivated workforce.
✔️ Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
✔️ Monitor inventory, sales targets, and restaurant performance.
✔️ Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer engagement.
✔️ Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance of the restaurant.

Shift Manager

✔️ Oversee shift operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
✔️ Support RGMs in team management, training, and customer service.
✔️ Ensure adherence to KFC’s food safety and hygiene standards.
✔️ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
✔️ Assist in inventory management and stock control.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.

✔️ Experience:

• For RGMs: Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail or food industry.
• For Shift Managers: Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
