Roles and Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager at Soneri Bank, you will play a pivotal role in branch banking by ensuring customer satisfaction, business growth, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating Business Growth:
- Promote and sell liability products to potential and existing customers.
- Generate business through outdoor marketing calls and local sales promotions.
- Portfolio Management:
- Manage, retain, and grow the branch’s banking portfolio while minimizing attrition.
- Cultivate profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with banking products, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Ensure full knowledge of Soneri Bank’s products to address customer needs effectively.
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements set by SBP and Soneri Bank.
- Uphold the highest standards of banking ethics and operational protocols.
