Roles and Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager at Soneri Bank, you will play a pivotal role in branch banking by ensuring customer satisfaction, business growth, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Facilitating Business Growth:
   • Promote and sell liability products to potential and existing customers.
   • Generate business through outdoor marketing calls and local sales promotions.
2. Portfolio Management:
   • Manage, retain, and grow the branch’s banking portfolio while minimizing attrition.
   • Cultivate profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
3. Market Knowledge:
   • Stay up-to-date with banking products, competitor offerings, and market trends.
   • Ensure full knowledge of Soneri Bank’s products to address customer needs effectively.
4. Compliance and Regulations:
   • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements set by SBP and Soneri Bank.
   • Uphold the highest standards of banking ethics and operational protocols.
