Position Overview

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Corporate Remittance Unit
Department: Transaction & Employee Banking
Location: Head Office, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Foreign Exchange (F.E.) Manual and effectively communicate the benefits of Transaction & Employee Banking products to clients.
• Ensure adherence to SBP regulations, particularly in areas related to investment abroad, royalty payments, and loan registration.
• Act as a liaison between the bank and corporate clients, ensuring smooth processing of remittance-related transactions.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and guide clients accordingly to ensure compliance with SBP directives.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role, with strong expertise in SBP regulations and the F.E. Manual.
• Familiarity with regulations related to Investment Abroad, Royalty, and Loan Registration is a distinct advantage.
