Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking and Investment Banking
Qualification: Minimum BBA/BSc in Accounts & Finance from a reputable HEC recognized university or ACCA qualified
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with clients in the corporate and investment banking sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Acquisition & Marketing:
Actively marketing the bank’s services to potential new clients, with a focus on expanding the client base within the corporate and investment banking sectors.
Portfolio Management:
Maintain existing financing portfolios while striving to deepen business relationships. You will work to enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive banking services tailored to their needs.
Strategy Implementation & KPI Management:
Implementing business strategies to drive growth and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. You will play an important role in contributing to the achievement of the bank’s targets.
Business Development:
Identifying new business opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships, and contributing to the overall business growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams including risk management, legal, and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of client transactions and services.
To be eligible for the Relationship Manager role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking and Investment Banking, with a solid understanding of banking products and services.
Education:
A minimum BBA/BSc in Accounts & Finance from a reputable HEC recognized university, or ACCA qualified candidates.
In-depth knowledge of corporate and investment banking products and services.
Proven experience in client relationship management, including acquisition, retention, and expansion of business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture long-term relationships.
Analytical skills to understand complex financial data and offer tailored solutions.
Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
