As a Regional Sales Manager for Cookania, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s market presence in your respective area. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Strategy & Distribution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and distribution network to expand Cookania’s market share in the region.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure performance targets are met and exceeded.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, providing insights for business strategy.
Forecasting & Budget Management:
Oversee sales forecasting and manage budgets to ensure the team’s resources are optimized for the best results.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
8-10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the FMCG sector.
Skills & Attributes:
In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry trends and market dynamics, particularly in the assigned area.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
