Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Liaison Officer will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing sales operations across the region. You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination between the sales team, distributors, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. The role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Reporting & Coordination:

    • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and manage return handling.

    • Ensure that all sales records are maintained and updated region-wise and distributor-wise.

  • Primary Sales Coordination:

    • Manage and coordinate primary sales within the region, ensuring that all sales activities are aligned with company objectives.

  • Claims & Return Management:

    • Handle claims and return processes efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.

  • Distribution & Data Management:

    • Maintain distribution data and ensure that the system is updated regularly to track the performance.

  • Expense Management:

    • Manage field force expenses effectively, ensuring all expenditures are within the budget.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

    • Liaise with the Sales Operations, HR, and Administration departments to ensure smooth operations and timely communication.

  • Regional Office Administration:

    • Oversee administrative tasks for regional offices, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    • A BBA/BA degree or equivalent is required.

  • Experience:

    • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the Food/FMCG industry is highly preferred.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

    • Familiarity with sales operations, claims management, and distribution systems.

    • Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
