🧠 About the Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of hiring top talent across departments. From crafting compelling job descriptions and managing job boards to screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and finalizing offers—you will own the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll be working closely with line managers and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding and timely hiring across the organization.


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Job Profiling & Advertising

    • Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and specifications in alignment with organizational needs.

    • Design attractive job advertisements and publish them across the company career portal, job boards, and social media platforms.

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening

    • Review resumes and job applications based on a structured competency model.

    • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.

  • Interview & Coordination

    • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate interviews with respective line managers and HODs.

    • Ensure structured interview processes and proper documentation for each stage.

  • Offer Management

    • Conduct reference checks of shortlisted candidates.

    • Prepare and extend job offers, and negotiate compensation packages in alignment with company policies.

  • Compliance & Efficiency

    • Ensure strict adherence to recruitment SOPs and employment policies.

    • Meet hiring deadlines and maintain a quick turnaround time, especially for urgent positions.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resources

  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational and coordination abilities

    • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
