Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the role of Quality Assurance Officer, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • A BSc (Hons) or MSc (Hons) degree in Food Science and Technology or Meat Science and Technology from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, particularly in the food industry, with a focus on the poultry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring, implementing, and ensuring food quality and safety protocols across processing areas.
• Conducting Quality Management Systems (QMS) audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Leading trainings related to food safety and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborating with various teams to uphold and improve food quality standards.
• Utilizing analytical skills to assess quality performance and suggest improvements.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Solid analytical skills for evaluating food quality and safety performance.
