Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for:

✔️ Implementing food safety and quality control measures at the company’s distribution center.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and cold chain management.
✔️ Investigating customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
✔️ Visiting customers to assess quality concerns and provide resolutions.
✔️ Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at company-owned outlets.
✔️ Conducting training sessions for staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality control.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• BSc (Hons) / MSc (Hons) in Food Science & Technology from a recognized university.

✔️ Experience:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the food industry, preferably in the poultry sector or cold chain quality management.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control protocols.
• Experience in cold chain management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to conduct training and educate teams on food safety requirements.
